Oh October how I love thee, let me count the ways…So October is here and I almost forgot how much I love it. First off it’s my birthday month, so that automatically makes it awesome (I’ll be accepting cash all month). Secondly, the weather is cooling down, I was going to go crazy if I saw another 90 degree sunny day (I know – wah wah, but perfect weather everyday gets old I needed some variation).So if that wasn’t enough, as I was going to my office this morning I noticed all the streets were blocked off, what could this be I thought? Then I remembered, it’s Octoberfest! the whole street is blocked off for 5 blocks, and lined with food vendors and random trinkets. So instead of eating my boring lunch today, as usual, I’ll be having a jucy brautwurst! Come join me and celebrate the awesomeness that is October.The view as I walked it to work.The view of people setting up from my office window.Next year, we’ll need to get a Cross Your Heart booth, all then we can really celebrate!
